Robert Boyd Holbrook is an American actor and model. He is best known for his winning performances in movies, like; Milk, Out of the Furnace, Run All Night, A Walk Among the Tombstones, and many more. Additionally, he has acted in ‘Gone Girl’ in which he acted as DEA agent Steve Murphy in the Netflix series Narcos.

Career

Initially, Boyd Holbrook worked as a carpenter for Jenny Wiley Theatre in Kentucky. He then started his modeling career and first signed with Elite Models in 2001.

He then worked for many other modeling agencies including Wilhelmina Models. Boyd Holbrook has been working as a model for many notable designers and labels, like; Gucci, Jean Paul Gaultier, Versace, Hugo Boss, and Bill Blass.

Among others, Boyd Holbrook actively worked with Calvin Klein, Moschino, Marc Jacobs, and DSquared. Later, in 2012, he started his acting career and appeared in the series titled Hatfields & McCoys as “Cap” Hatfield.

In addition to all this, Boyd Holbrook also acted as Donald Pierce in Logan (2017), Quinn McKenna in The Predator (2018), and Thomas Lockhart in In the Shadow of the Moon (2019).
