Career

Amit Tandon first appeared as a contestant in the reality TV show named “Indian Idol”. But, he got eliminated in 2004. Also, he provided his vocals for the Indian Idol 1 album and for another one too. Afterward, he featured in the serial “Kaisa Yeh Pyaar Hai” in which he appeared as Prithivi Bose and worked alongside Iqbal Khan and Neha Bamb. He then appeared in another popular serial named “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” in which he appeared as Karan and Tanya’s son named Manthan. The serial became much popular and most watched and it was aired on Star Plus. Thereafter, he appeared in “Saath Saath Banayenge Ek Aashiyaan” in which he played the role of an NRI, Abhay Singh. After some time, he then was seen in other reality TV shows named “Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar” and “Zara Nachke Dikha”. Meanwhile, he hosted various shows including “Dadgiri season -4” which was aired on Bindaas TV channel. Also, he was seen in the serial “Dil Mil Gaye” in which he worked alongside Nikita Malhotra. In 2008, he dropped his first solo album named “Tanha”. However, he has acted in numerous TV serials and also acted in a movie named “3D Creature” which is a Bollywood movie released in 2014.
